The Solent region is embarking on an exciting new chapter with a bold vision as Solent Growth Partnership. This dynamic partnership will foster economic growth, innovation, and collaboration across Portsmouth, the Isle of Wight, Southampton, and the surrounding areas.
The Solent Growth Partnership, previously known as Solent Partners and successor to the Solent Local Enterprise Partnership, is an upper tier local authority partnership between Isle of Wight, Portsmouth and Southampton Councils that brings together local industry, private sector organisations and academic leaders across the Solent to work together as a collective to provide what is needed to deliver prosperity, profitability and sustainability to our region.
Rachael Randall, Chair of the Solent Growth Partnership Business Board, welcomed the transition:

By building on our success and deepening collaboration, we can unlock new opportunities for businesses and communities from Portsmouth and the Isle of Wight to Southampton and beyond. Together, we’re shaping a prosperous future for the Solent.”
