If things do get tough, I know what your likely concerns are going to be – I will tell you for example how much you may be overdrawn by, and I will sit down with you and work with you to decide the best course of action. I will chase invoices for you; I will talk to your bank manager with you; I will look at your pricing, your mark-up, your margins; I will analyse ways of getting the money flowing more freely, getting funds up-front, reviewing your Terms and Conditions; I can liaise with your creditors on your behalf, and identify funding streams that we can access; and I can report on your enhanced financial position when we achieve that together.
