I am a Skills Bootcamp and Administration Apprentice, and I joined the team in September 2025. After completing my A Levels, I was excited to begin my professional journey, gaining hands-on experience in a real working environment while continuing to learn and develop.
In my role, I support the day-to-day delivery of the Skills Bootcamp programme by organising activities, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with a range of administrative tasks. By keeping processes organised and up to date, I help ensure the team operates efficiently and effectively.
I enjoy working for Solent Growth Partnership because of its supportive and positive environment, where I feel encouraged to grow and develop. I value being part of a team that is focused on making a difference and appreciate the opportunities to learn new skills and gain valuable experience.
I am proactive, detail-oriented, and always willing to take on new challenges. Through my apprenticeship, I continue to build my confidence, develop new skills, and contribute positively to the team while creating a strong foundation for my future career.
