I’ve spent my career working in apprenticeships, recruitment, and employer engagement, so I’ve seen both sides-what businesses need and what people need to succeed. From helping young people take their first step into work to supporting employers to find and grow great talent, I’ve always been focused on bringing the right people and opportunities together.
Earlier in my career, I worked directly with employers to fill vacancies, pre-screen candidates, and support apprenticeships from start to finish. I’ve led teams, managed employer relationships, and worked closely with local networks to create real opportunities that make a difference.
That experience shapes how I work with you today. I know the pressures on businesses, the challenges around skills and recruitment, and how important it is to get things right. That’s why I keep things simple and practical-no jargon, no unnecessary steps. I’ll listen, understand what you need, and connect you to support that actually works.
