Solent Growth Partnership has secured a limited number of exclusive places on AiLab’s Couch to AI programme – a practical, step-by-step pathway supporting individuals and organisations to build confidence and capability in artificial intelligence.
Designed as a two-level progression, the programme takes you from understanding and using AI in your day-to-day role through to embedding it effectively across teams and organisations.

Level 1 (Using AI): A clear, non-technical introduction to AI, helping you build confidence, use tools responsibly and apply AI in your work.

Level 2 (Adopting AI): A practical next step focused on embedding AI across your organisation, from workflows to policy and adoption planning.

Delivered through short, live online sessions, both levels provide practical guidance you can apply immediately – supporting improved productivity, informed decision-making and responsible AI use.
