Looking to start a career in construction? Our Construction Career Starter Skills Bootcamp is designed for adults who want to gain the skills, confidence and industry knowledge needed to secure entry-level employment within the construction sector.
Delivered over two weeks, the programme combines employability support, health and safety training, practical construction awareness and direct engagement with local employers. Learners will gain industry-recognised certifications, develop workplace skills and be supported into interviews with construction employers actively recruiting across the Solent region.
