  • Address health-related and complex barriers to employment

Proven Delivery Models

Our approach is built on two evidence-based frameworks:

  • Individual Placement and Support (IPS)
Originally designed for mental health and addiction recovery, now expanded to support veterans, prison leavers, and those with physical health conditions.
  • Supported Employment Quality Framework (SEQF)
A person-centred model helping individuals with disabilities and long-term health conditions secure and sustain competitive employment.
