Formed as a result of Southampton City Council’s partnership with the British Library, The Business and IP Centre (BIPC) Southampton is a dynamic and innovative entrepreneurial hub located on the first floor of Southampton Central Library – in the Civic Centre.
The aim of the centre is to provide much needed free support entrepreneurs and SME’s in Southampton, helping people and businesses thrive.
Our vision is to create a place where the dignity, ideas and creativity of people are respected and celebrated.
Take the Bluestar Number 17, 18, 4 or 7 to the Art Gallery/Civic Centre.
You can also take the First Bus Number 3 and 2.
Civic Centre Rd, Southampton, SO14 7LW. We are open Monday to Friday 10:00 – 17:00
