Start-up Launchpad

Helping You Build a Business That Lasts

Starting a business is exciting – but it can also feel overwhelming. That’s where we come in.

Start-Up Launchpad is here to help you turn your idea into a thriving, sustainable business. Whether you’re just about to launch or already trading and looking to grow, our programme is designed to give you the tools, confidence, and support you need to succeed.

With nearly half of new businesses not making it past their fifth year, we’re here to change that story – starting with yours.

Who is it for?

If you’re based in the Isle of Wight, Portsmouth, or Southampton, and you’re:

  • Preparing to launch your business and have already invested time or money
  • Running a business that’s been trading for up to 3 years

We welcome limited companies and sole traders across all industries.

Why take part?

We’re not just here to help you survive – we want to see you thrive. Our goal is to help you:

  • Build a business that’s financially healthy
  • Feel confident in your decisions
  • Stay resilient through the ups and downs

What to expect?

Our support is practical, personal, and packed with value. The programme is delivered in three stages:

  • Initial one-to-one call with a member of our team to get to know your business, your journey so far and your ambitions for the future.
  • 3 intensive half-day sessions delivered by experts who will guide you through the crucial elements of establishing a business.
  • Final one-to-one de-brief to discuss your next steps and to identify any resources or support organisations you can continue to utilise.
