Information and Details for Procurement Process

Please note that Procurement is now open for the following:

Construction 3 – The content of the course should cover one of, as a guide only, roles such as Plant Operator, Groundworks, Utilities, Plastering, Plumbing, Scaffolding, Tiling or another trade where skills shortages can be identified.

Under this Lot, the Authority intends to award two separate call-off contracts, each relating to a specific construction trade or skills area. Bidders may submit proposals for more than one trade where they have the relevant expertise and capacity to deliver. The two contracts will be awarded to the highest scoring overall evaluation scores across the trades. Where multiple bids are received for the same trade, only one contract will be awarded to the bidder achieving the highest overall evaluation score for that trade in accordance with the published award criteria.

Construction 4

The content of the course should cover one of, as a guide only:

  • Construction Management,
  • Construction Supervisor,
  • Project Management for Construction,
  • NEBOSH Management in Construction Health & Safety or another area where skills shortages can be identified.

The successful bids will demonstrate the local need for the chosen content, the engagement with local employers and commitment for guaranteed interviews for all unemployed or independent learners at the culmination of the course.
