I’ve been in the Apprenticeship and Skills sector for over 15 years, working with employers across a wide range of industries. My experience spans business development, recruitment, and working closely with training providers, which means I’ve seen things from both perspectives. I understand the challenges businesses face day to day, as well as what training providers need to deliver meaningful programmes, so I can help bridge that gap in a practical way.
